  • Location of the vehicle

4.2 Offers

All offers are based on the information you provide and are subject to verification upon inspection of the vehicle. We reserve the right to adjust or withdraw our offer if:

  • The vehicle's condition differs from what was described
  • There are title or ownership issues
  • The vehicle has undisclosed damage or missing parts
  • The vehicle cannot be legally transferred

4.3 Offer Validity

Unless otherwise specified, our offers are valid for 24 hours from the time they are made. After this period, we reserve the right to adjust the offer based on current market conditions.

5. Vehicle Pickup and Payment

5.1 Pickup Process

Upon acceptance of our offer, we will schedule a pickup time that is convenient for you. During pickup:

  • Our representative will inspect the vehicle to confirm its condition
  • You must provide valid identification
  • You must sign all necessary paperwork to transfer ownership
  • You must remove all personal belongings from the vehicle

5.2 Payment

Payment will be made at the time of pickup, after verification of the vehicle's condition and completion of all paperwork. Payment methods may include cash or other methods as agreed upon in advance.

5.3 Title and Ownership Transfer

You are responsible for providing a valid title or appropriate documentation for the vehicle. In cases where a title is not available, additional documentation may be required in accordance with state laws.

You agree to use our Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SITE OR SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL CASH FOR JUNK CARS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR SERVICES, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cash For Junk Cars, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from or relate to:

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
